Modeling acoustics field using the broadband noise model
In this tutorial, we provide guidelines for modeling and simulation of acoustics field generated from a sedan car employing the broadband noise model. We solve the problem in two steps. First, we find the solution to the steady-state problem. Then, we use broadband acoustic model to perform aeroacoustic post-processing on the steady-state solution. Through this tutorial, you will also learn how to set up appropriate parameters and post-process noise signals to highlight noise sources.

Here, we model acoustics field generated from a sedan car. It is notable that we will study only the acoustics field generated by the motion of the car. Having the acoustic field, we will be able to highlight the noise source on the sedan body. The velocity of the car is 70 miles per hour.
