Storage and transportation of materials at appropriate temperatures have always been considered. This attention becomes more important when it is required that the desired fluid’s temperature stays within a given temperature range. Now, if this fluid is a flammable substance and kept in a relatively cold weather region, keeping this fluid in the desired temperature range requires special heat transfer methods.
The maintenance of fuels, especially fossil fuels such as gasoline, oil, diesel, etc., at a given temperature range for the purpose of transmission and distribution, is always one of the most important issues in the field of fossil fuels such as liquids or gas.
In this analysis, it has been attempted to simulate and analyze the heating of a gasoline fuel tank in the Ansys Fluent software.
